Terms of Service

Auto MMO Publisher is a workspace for planning, reviewing, scheduling, and publishing original social content to connected accounts on platforms including Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and TikTok. Publishing actions are executed only through each platform's official authorization and publishing APIs.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may use the Service only for lawful content operations, and only with platform accounts, media, and data that you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish content you do not own or do not have rights or authorization to distribute.
• Connect an account you are not authorized to manage.
• Engage in scraping, credential harvesting, spam, fake engagement, or automated interactions (likes, follows, comments) not explicitly offered as a feature of the Service.
• Violate the terms, community guidelines, or API policies of any connected platform (including TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram).
• Upload or publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.

Third-party platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram remain governed by their own terms, developer policies, review processes, and API rate limits. Your ability to connect an account or publish content depends on that platform's eligibility criteria, approved API products, and granted scopes, none of which we control. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by a connected platform.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload and publish through the Service. By publishing content, you confirm that you have all necessary rights and authorization to publish it to the destination account and grant us the limited right to process and transmit that content solely to complete your publish request.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features, integrations, and automation behavior may change as the system evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime caused by us, our infrastructure providers, or connected platforms.

You may stop using the Service and disconnect any platform account at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, misuse a connected platform's API, or engage in activity that risks the security or integrity of the Service or a connected platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or access to a connected platform account, arising from your use of the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish, the credentials you connect, and your compliance with platform rules, applicable disclosure requirements (such as paid partnership or sponsorship disclosures), and local laws.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
